We don't use cookies, we don't run third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and we don't build profiles of individual visitors. The only information we collect is (1) what you choose to tell us, for example, through our contact form, and (2) the standard technical logs that any web server generates automatically, which we keep for a short period for security and to keep the site running properly. Details below.
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, work email address, phone number, company name, team size, and the details of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss our training and phishing simulation services, and follow up as part of that conversation.
We may use a trusted third-party form-processing service to receive and route these submissions to our team by email. Any such provider only acts on our instructions and is not permitted to use your information for its own purposes.
If you call or email us directly, we'll hold the information you give us in the same way: to respond to you and keep a record of the conversation.
Like virtually every website, our web server automatically records a standard technical log entry for each page request. This log includes the visiting IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and the browser/device ("user agent") string. This is generated by the web server software itself, not by any script running in your browser.
We use these logs only to keep the site secure and running: for example, to investigate abuse, diagnose errors, and understand broad traffic patterns (such as which pages are popular). We do not use these logs to build a profile of you as an individual, and we do not combine them with any other data source to identify you personally.
Raw server logs are rotated automatically and kept for approximately four weeks before being permanently deleted.
We've deliberately designed this website to work without cookies or client-side tracking scripts of any kind: no advertising pixels, no social media trackers, no third-party analytics platforms, and no cross-site tracking. Nothing is stored in your browser, and nothing follows you to other websites.
We believe this is the right default for a security company's own website: the least amount of data collection needed to run the site safely and respond to enquiries, and nothing more. If we ever introduce analytics in the future, our intention is to use privacy-respecting tools that don't rely on cookies or personal identifiers and to update this policy, and request your consent first, where the law requires it, before doing so.

This website is hosted on cloud infrastructure. Where information is transferred outside Ireland or the UK/EEA, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an equivalent standard of protection, such as relying on providers with appropriate data protection safeguards in place.
We keep enquiry and correspondence details for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage our relationship with you, including any follow-up conversations, and then delete or anonymise them. Automatically generated server logs are kept for around four weeks, as noted above. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time; see your rights below.
